As a very young man, he trained and started as a busboy. He started moving up and was later promoted to management levels in some of the finest hotels in Europe. Horst was appointed to bring the Ritz Carlton hotel concept to the USA many years ago. He created a system of excellence at such high levels that he called "Continuous Process Improvement". Many companies around the country have copied that system. In this video, he shares many of his personal trials with cancer and his experiences of knowing and serving Jesus Christ.
