This humorous audio is considered a timeless classic in management education. The course content has been used internally by corporations for decades.  Hal Burrows is a retired management professional and speaker who spoke nationally on managing time.  The course has been offered by the Oncken Corporation.  The article by the same name by Bill Oncken and Don Wass was printed in the Harvard Business Review, and during its time was considered the most reprinted article in its history.  The language Hal uses is rough at times, but the illustrations are classic.  Many managers fail to delegate and get the best out of their people, which ultimately hurts organizations.
