Developing Key Leaders for Fast Track – Pat Kelly

Pat Kelly tells an amazing story about building a company by growing and sharing with people the fruit of their success. Pat was raised at Virginia Home for Boys and became CEO of the starter company known as Physician Sales and Service (PSS) that went from a vision of 3 men to $2 billion in sales within just 15 years.  It has been sold to the McKesson group in recent years.  This talk was shared years ago with Wise Counsel members after Pat left the company and became involved in multiple other projects.  Here he tells the uniques things he did to orient, train and develop his key leaders and managers in many locations. Pat also was honored as a winner of the Horatio Alger award for Distinguished Americans, along with many other awards.
