Pat Kelly tells an amazing story about building a company by growing and sharing with people the fruit of their success. Pat was raised at Virginia Home for Boys. He became CEO of the starter company known as Physician Sales and Service (PSS). The company went from a vision of 3 men to $2 billion in sales within just 15 years. The McKesson group purchased the company in recent years. In this talk, Pat is speaking to Wise Counsel members . It was after Pat left the company and became involved in multiple other projects. Here he tells the uniques things he did to orient, train and develop his key leaders and managers in many locations. Pat was a winner of the Horatio Alger Award for Distinguished Americans, along with many other awards.
